Stop Letting Old Injuries Hold You back

Hello, I am Dr. Luke Eddington

DC, MS Sports Medicine, CPT

I help remote clients with old nagging injuries build strength, lose weight, build confidence, and consistency through my Clinical Performance Method.

My coaching combines evidence-based training, nutritional simplicity,  personalized accountability and much more all through one integrated platform so you can get results without all the confusion.

Testimony

As a busy dental hygienist, avid traveler, and former athlete, working with Luke was exactly what I needed. From day one, he took the time to create a comprehensive plan that was tailored specifically to me and my goals. The workouts are efficient, effective, and don’t take hours to complete. They’re also easy to do while traveling, which has been a game changer for my busy lifestyle.

His attention to detail, knowledge, and ability to individualize every aspect of the program—from nutrition and supplements to training—made all the difference.

What sets Luke apart is that he doesn’t just hand you a plan and send you on your way. He’s always available to answer questions, offer advice, and make adjustments when needed. Having that level of support and accountability has made the entire process feel sustainable and achievable.

Without a doubt, my biggest regret is not working with Luke sooner. If you’re looking for a coach who genuinely cares about your success and gives you the tools, guidance, and confidence to reach your goals, I can’t recommend Luke enough.

The Clinical Performance Method

Stop Restarting

You've done the pre-made programs.

You've got a shoulder that flares, a back that complains, and no idea whether you should stop or keep going. The Clinical Performance Method combines a clinical-style assessment with performance programming, so the plan fits the body you actually have, not the one a template assumed.

Assess
Find the real limiter before writing a single workout.

Every client starts with the same process I use in the clinic: health history, old injuries, and how you live day to day. Most programs fail early on because they were built for a body that doesn't exist. Yours is built for the one that shows up.

Build

Train around the problem, then through it.

If your shoulder won't tolerate overhead pressing today, we don't skip upper body. We choose variation, range, and load it will tolerate, and we progress from there. You keep building strength while the weak link catches up, instead of resting until it "feels better" and starting over.

Sustain

Results that survive real life.

Bi-weekly check-ins, real-time chat, and adjustments when work, travel, or a flare-up hits. The plan bends so you don't quit. Nutrition, sleep, and recovery are built in, because a program you can't keep up is just another restart.
